In the US, condo sales prices have lowered to a median price of $252,000. Before the pandemic struck, the median was up almost 9.7%, but is now down to 1.4% year over year. It also changed buyers main necessities while shopping for a new home. Competition for condos is high but even higher when looking for family homes.
