Instead of the market slowing down like it usually does in December, recently big buyers are trying to squeeze in a couple more properties before the new year. For example, back in 2014 the company IKEA just bought 26 acres of land at Durango Drive and Sunset Road for about $21.3 million, right before the year ended. Let’s see if the recent trend will continue through 2018.
