Since the coronavirus pandemic has struck, the economy has shut down. As an effect the homebuilders here in Las Vegas have seen slowing rates. For example, they saw a material slowdown. Because the government has ordered everyone to stay at home, people are still buying houses but the amount of sales has gone down tremendously.
