The median sales price of previously owned single house was $300,000 in September. That is up 1.7 percent from August, and 13.2 from September 2017. That is the first time since June 2007 reached $300,000 that the median house price reached. Las Vegas home prices have been rising at one of the fastest rates in the country, over this past year.
