2019 is going to be a good year for anyone looking to sell their house in Las Vegas. The demand of housing has gone up in 2018 and doesn’t show any signs of coming down. Last year the appreciation was up 15% but has been cut in half this year to 7.5%. Their simply just isn’t enough houses in the valley to suit everyone’s needs.
