A new and upcoming part of Las Vegas is the South West. Large communities like Rhodes Ranch and Mountains Edge are full of different housing options. The area had many custom houses. Lots in the area have gone up in price over the last 10 years because of demand. Most of the houses in the South West have beautiful views of mountains or the bright Vegas strip.
